We spent quite a time at Phodang relaxing a bit amidst the tranquil environment. It is really a peaceful place to be.

Captured the sunrise at Gangtok.

We woke up early morning to visit Tashi view point. It is situated along the North Sikkim highway at distance of 8 Kms from Gangtok. On a clear sky day, you could have a clear view of Khangchendzonga and other peaks of the Himalaya.

Tsomgo lake is situated at a distance of 38 Kms from Gangtok. This lake is about 1 Km long, oval in shape, 15 mts deep and is considered sacred by local people.
